Are you a farmer? Your voice matters!

The North Dakota Local Food Producer Survey is an ongoing project to gather crucial data to understand the needs and challenges facing local producers and inform the development of strategies to strengthen the state's agricultural landscape. The collected data will be used to inform and shape programs aimed at improving market access for local food producers, strengthening local food systems, and expanding opportunities for farmers and ranchers.

The 2025 survey is closed and the results will be shared when available. â€‹

FARRMS conducts this survey annually in collaboration with the North Dakota Association of Rural Electric Cooperatives and the North Dakota Local Food Development Alliance as part of the North Central Regional Food Business Center.
