Two Toque Acres, our family-run garlic farm in Minot, North Dakota, began three years ago when we saw a need for locally sourced garlic. The farm, operated by Vanessa Rovig, and my family, has grown significantly since its inception, with plans to expand our garlic production even further. Beyond culinary uses, Two Toque Acres also cultivates garlic for decorative purposes. We love sharing our garlic with the local community and encourage home gardeners to try their hand at growing their own garlic!
