North Star Farms was started in 2004 when we purchased two run down lots from the city. We landscaped the lots and turned them into a garden area. It quickly became a lifestyle we love and allows us to provide a valuable service to Minot and the Minot Air Force Base. In 2010 we moved to a much larger property with 3 acres. Today, we grow the entire gamut of produce with garlic, onions, and tomatoes being our most popular items. We passionately grow sustainable produce for the health of our community and this earth while providing excellence in our service. It is also important to us to leave a legacy by sharing our farming knowledge with others.
